about

This song is about thirteen years old, but it had never been "properly" recorded. It was important to me not to get too heavy-handed on the production with this one, because the song is simplistic in form and needs little production flare to make it work. A fuzzy guitar here and there, some backing vocals and claps, and voilà! There's a pipeline.

lyrics

Don't reason away it's murder on the brain is aching from hot fudge sundaes I ate too fast and now I'm waiting behind a turnstile, no quarter to get past is where I wanted to stay but I cannot have it all of my new seasons are melting like hot fudge sundaes

I wanted you
I only came because of
you are my pet project
I'm going to master you, I...

I dreamed of the moment as the moment passed me by the time I reach California I'll sit and wonder why I never tickled your tummy when you socked me in the crotch is always the best of places to make a man cry!

I wanted you
I only came because of
you are my pet project
I'm going to master you

about

"[His new albums] 'Lost In Love' and 'Tanglings' are phenomenal offerings. It's almost unfair that Ludwig — formerly leader ... more of the Rock group Noctaluca — was able to produce two full-lengths as good as these (most people would die for one in a lifetime)."
