I spent a lot of time on the lyrics. They are among my most favorite I've written. This song was written for my own son, should I ever have one, and dedicated to my nephew Jacob.

Oh baby boy, let them hear you speak
May your pull be strong, may their push be weak
Run all your miles with pebble in shoe
to remind you I'm the one who runs with you

I know

You'll learn boy, one good woman is proof
that while the brain needs one heart,
the soul needs two
A lone failed one cries surrendered gale
But two failed ones in love together never fail

I know, I know
I know... boy, I know

Heed no man who culls you his hell to fight
To be sumpter of the dark won't compel the light
And listen, boy, for that wellspring, your spirit
It's your faith in my own one
That's where you'll hear it
And I sware you'll hear it now!

Oh, I never really lost too much of anything
Oh, but what I lost
What I lost meant so many things to me

High above your dreams I can be found
I can be found
I can be found
I can be found
(I love you, boy)

"'Lost In Love' and 'Tanglings' are phenomenal offerings. It's almost unfair that Ludwig — formerly leader of the Rock group Noctaluca — was able to produce two full-lengths as good as these (most people would die for one in a lifetime)."
